Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation – 36 hours notice is required for cancellation of single sessions. Missed sessions without the 36 hours cancellation notice will be charged as if attended. 96 hours notification is required for workshops and special events.
Medical Cancellations of prepaid blocks or subscriptions – Cancellation is permitted where a student or group is not able to participate for medical reasons. A doctor’s note confirming that the student or group is not permitted to participate is required and upon receipt a refund will be processed.
