Ready to step up your arm balance game? This workshop teaches you to refine the detail in your poses, how to hold for longer, and how to skilfully move between multiple arm balances at once. For this session students should already have a solid crow pose and headstand in their existing practice.

Handstand Mastery Workshop with KYLE WEIGER

You are only a few steps from being able to hold a much stronger handstand. If you can kick up and balance (even for a second) this workshop will teach you how to sustain that balance.
